Swatchly is provided free of charge, as is, without warranties. You may use it for personal and commercial work.
Your palettes
Palettes you create are yours. Colors themselves cannot be owned, and you may use generated palettes anywhere without attribution.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service or overload it with automated traffic.
